Design and building such a method for loading and unloading a large amount of material requires technical expertise, which additionally brings about technological development.

Big bag unloading systems are classified as unloaders for bulk containers, FIBC loaders, bag supports, FIBC dischargers, and wide bag dumpers. They are used for unloading an extensive range of bulk bags, including jumbo packages, FIBC, and other large packages. First, a basic frame mounted for supporting the lifted bag is equipped with a lift or a hoist to unload it. Next, the bag frame that connects to the suspension clips of the bag is raised and positioned to counterbalance the suspension frame unloaded by the hooks on the frame.

  • The outlet covers the nozzle, which puts the operated seal mechanism into use, producing a dust-proof material discharge.
  • The massager paddles help to massage and discharge the non-free-flowing products.
  • Optionally, the hopper comes with a flanged de-dusting system connection which creates a vacuum during discharging that ensures no dust escapes from crevices.
